TheÌýCroserÌýteam consists of winemaker MikeÌýMudgeÌýand viticulturalist Mike Harms. Together, they have more than 30 years of experience.Ìý
TheÌýCroserÌýSparkling RoséÌýBrutÌýis a blend of the current vintage ofÌýCroser, combined with reserve wine from older vintages,Ìýwith each vintage adding unique qualities to the final blend.ÌýDuring disgorging, Pinot Noir is combined with the dosage liqueurÌýto balance the wine and to enhance the pinkÌýcolour.ÌýÌýÌý
TheÌýCroserÌýVintage BrutÌý2013Ìýwas disgorged in July 2016. It is made in a delicate aperitif style, which will improve with further bottle ageing.Ìý
