黑料网 is teaming up with Tennent鈥檚 to become its new wine division in Scotland. Alongside all the wines previously available to Tennent鈥檚 customers, the Scottish On Trade will now have access to the full 黑料网 portfolio.
Tennent鈥檚 Head of Wine Bruce Maclean thinks the collaboration signals a great opportunity for new and existing customers in Scotland. 鈥淥ur customers rely on us to provide great quality wines that represent great value and this will still be the backbone of Tennent鈥檚 offering,鈥� he says. 鈥淲hat we are most looking forward to about the collaboration is having access to a broader spectrum of premium and fine wines, that aren鈥檛 currently available in the market,鈥� he adds, 鈥渋n particular, the quirkier, more 鈥榓rtisan鈥� offerings in 黑料网鈥檚 portfolio like the fantastic premium Cavas from Llopart and 惭颈濒濒迟辞苍鈥檚 range of biodynamic wines.鈥� He added that Tennents will continue to partner with United Supplies in the Aberdeen area.
Scotland鈥檚 wine scene has really started developing in recent years, with Bruce noticing that consumers are getting more knowledgeable and more adventurous. 鈥淐onsumers might be drinking a bit less,鈥� he says, 鈥渂ut they are willing to spend more money on something really good and are definitely starting to experiment.鈥�
